1. Membership Fees
AeFazzeCard offers several membership tiers:
- Standard Membership: Free of charge
- Premium Membership: 250 AED per year
- Elite Membership: 750 AED per year
Membership fees are charged at the time of registration or renewal for the Premium and Elite tiers.
2. Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial membership purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Premium or Elite membership during this period, you may request a full refund of your membership fee, provided that:
- You have not used any of the benefits or discounts associated with your membership tier.
- You have not redeemed any points or rewards.
- You make the refund request in writing within the 14-day period.
The cooling-off period applies only to new memberships, not to renewals.
3. Refund Eligibility Beyond the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If AeFazzeCard services become permanently unavailable due to factors within our control, we may provide a prorated refund based on the remaining membership period.
- Documented Medical Condition: If you develop a serious medical condition that prevents you from using your membership benefits for the remainder of your membership term, we may consider a partial refund with appropriate documentation.
- Permanent Relocation: If you permanently relocate outside the UAE and can no longer use your membership benefits, we may consider a partial refund with proof of relocation.
All requests for refunds under these exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- After the cooling-off period has expired (except as noted in Section 3).
- If you have used any membership benefits, discounts, or rewards.
- If your membership has been terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- If you simply change your mind about the membership outside the cooling-off period.
- If you fail to use your membership benefits during the membership period.
5. Membership Tier Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your membership tier (e.g., from Elite to Premium or from Premium to Standard):
- You can request a downgrade that will take effect upon your next renewal date.
- No refund will be issued for the difference in price for the current membership period.
- Downgrade requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your renewal date.
6. Membership Tier Upgrades
If you upgrade your membership tier during your current membership period:
- You will be charged the difference between your current tier and the upgraded tier.
- The prorated amount will be calculated based on the remaining time in your current membership period.
- Upgrade fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process

- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
