Welcome to AeFazzeCard. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. By accessing or using the AeFazzeCard loyalty program and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "AeFazzeCard," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the AeFazzeCard loyalty program and its operators.
  • "Fazaa Benefits" refers to all discounts, rewards, and special offers available through the program.
  • "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has applied for and been accepted into the AeFazzeCard program.
  • "Membership" refers to your participation in the AeFazzeCard program.
  • "Partners" refers to businesses that have agreements with AeFazzeCard to provide benefits to Members.

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for an AeFazzeCard membership:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.
  • You must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Membership Tiers and Fees

AeFazzeCard offers different membership tiers, each with its own set of benefits and fees:

  • Standard Membership: Free of charge with basic benefits.
  • Premium Membership: 250 AED per year with enhanced benefits.
  • Elite Membership: 750 AED per year with premium benefits.

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Membership Card

Upon approval of your application:

  • We will issue you a physical AeFazzeCard that remains our property at all times.
  • Your AeFazzeCard is non-transferable and should only be used by you.
  • You must activate your card following the instructions provided with it.
  • You must report any lost or stolen cards immediately.

5. Points and Rewards

As a member of the fazaa community, you can earn points as follows:

  • Points are earned based on your membership tier and eligible purchases at Partner locations.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points expire 12 months after they are earned unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point balances if points were awarded in error.

6. Membership Benefits

As an AeFazzeCard member, you are entitled to various benefits:

  • Discounts at participating Partner locations.
  • Access to exclusive events and offers based on your membership tier.
  • Points accumulation for eligible purchases.
  • Additional benefits as detailed in our Program Guide.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time with reasonable notice to members.

7. Termination of Membership

Your membership may be terminated:

  • By you, at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • By us, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity related to the program.
  • By us, if your account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all benefits and accumulated points.

8. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the AeFazzeCard program at any time.
  • Change the terms, conditions, benefits, or features of the program.
  • Adjust membership fees with reasonable notice.

We will notify members of significant changes through email or our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the AeFazzeCard program.
  • We are not liable for any issues related to products or services provided by Partners.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your annual membership fee.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the AeFazzeCard program shall be resolved according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes.
